1. Digital Goods Policy Due to the digital and instantly accessible nature of PulsarX access keys, all sales are final. Once a key has been delivered to you via SellAuth, we cannot issue a refund, return, or exchange.

2. Exceptions Refunds will only be considered under the following highly specific circumstances, at our sole discretion:

• A duplicate payment occurred due to a system error.
• The key generated is demonstrably invalid upon delivery and our support team cannot resolve the issue.

3. Third-Party Updates PulsarX interacts with third-party platforms that may update frequently. Temporary downtime due to patching, fixing, or updating our software to match these third-party updates does not qualify for a refund or subscription pause.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes Opening a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute through your bank, credit card provider, or PayPal after receiving your digital key is a violation of our terms. Any attempt to forcefully refund a valid purchase will result in an immediate, permanent HWID ban and a blacklist from all current and future PulsarX products. If you experience an issue, you must contact our support team on Discord first.
