1. Acceptance of Terms By purchasing and using PulsarX, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our software or services.

2. Digital Product Usage PulsarX provides digital access keys for our software. Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the software for the duration of your purchased plan.

3. Restrictions and User Conduct You explicitly agree NOT to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, deobfuscate, crack, or bypass our authentication systems (Luarmor).
• Share, resell, or distribute your personal access key.
• Exploit vulnerabilities or use the platform to distribute malicious software.

4. Hardware ID (HWID) System Your access key is bound to your specific device using a Hardware ID (HWID) lock. Sharing your key across multiple devices is strictly prohibited. HWID resets are provided at our discretion for legitimate hardware changes. Abuse of the HWID reset system will result in the suspension of your access.

5. Service Availability We strive to keep PulsarX updated and functional. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Updates to third-party platforms may cause temporary downtime, and we are not liable for any interruptions in service.

6. Account Suspension Violation of any of these terms will result in an immediate and permanent ban of your key and HWID without any prior notice or refund.
